Practice Areas

Altmark, Rotter, Saff & Trock was originally founded on October 1, 1992, by Richard J. Altmark, Scott M. Rotter and Jeffrey M. Saff. Frank Trock joined the firm on January 1, 2008. Initially, our vision was to represent a diverse base of clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation and criminal defense cases. As time has passed, the firm’s practice has stayed true to its original purpose, but has also expanded to include Social Security Disability claims, general civil litigation, and medical malpractice matters.

Workers’ Compensation

Our attorneys appear regularly before the Workers’ Compensation Commission throughout the State of Maryland. In this important part of our practice, our clients come from all walks of life and may reside as nearby as Baltimore City, or as far away as the eastern and western portions of the State of Maryland. In addition, we frequently represent clients from outside of the State of Maryland.

Personal Injury

Our personal injury practice continues grow each year. Not only do our attorneys regularly handle automobile accident cases in both the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland, but we are also experienced in handling many other types of personal injury cases, such as slip and fall injuries, product liability claims and medical malpractice cases.

Criminal Cases

Our criminal defense department has been an integral part of our practice since the firm was first created in 1992. We regularly defend serious felony cases, but will also assist our clients in the defense of minor traffic offenses, as well. In addition, our firm often represents clients in all phases of alcohol-related driving offenses, including both the criminal charges before the State courts, and the administrative hearings with the Motor Vehicle Administration.

In summary, Altmark, Rotter, Saff & Trock prides itself on the personal attention we provide to our clients. We feel that we are well equipped to handle your legal concerns and look forward to working with you in the future.
