Scott Rotter is a founding member of Altmark, Rotter, Saff & Trock. Mr. Rotter handles a wide variety of civil trial work, including automobile accident cases, slip and fall litigation and workers’ compensation claims (including worker’s compensation appeals).
Jeffrey Saff
Jeffrey Saff is a founding member of Altmark, Rotter, Saff & Trock. Mr. Saff handles all types of civil matters with a concentration in Workers’ Compensation claims.
Frank Trock
Frank Trock began his legal career in 1991 as a civil litigator with a small law firm that focused on medical malpractice, domestic, bankruptcy and employment discrimination cases. Over time, Mr. Trock has expanded his practice to include representing individuals in personal injury matters, workers compensation, business litigation, as well as defending those charged with criminal offenses.

Ed Armstrong is pleased to have joined Altmark, Rotter, Saff & Trock following previous experience defending workers’ compensation and civil litigation claims for a defense law firm.
